Prepare the sweet potatoes. First, completely peel the two sweet potatoes.

When you have the sweet potato strips or slices, wash them with cold water and let them dry at room temperature. Then spread them over the baking tray, which you must have previously covered with special baking paper.


Before placing the tray in the oven, dress the sweet potatoes with olive oil. They don't require much oil, just a splash. Then, place another baking paper on the sweet potato slices that covers them.
