If you sometimes fancy a light, soft and refreshing dessert then you will love this recipe parchita mousse that we present to you in. But before - and for those who don't know him - let's see what the patch is. According to Wikipedia, this fruit is born from the climbing vine called passionflower, it is well known in central and South America although the names vary widely. In fact in the southernmost countries of the continent It is known as passion fruit or Mburucuyá, although the fruit is the same.

- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 sheet or 3 tablespoons of jelly without flavor
- 3 units of egg whites
- ½ can of condensed milk
In a pot add the juice of parchita and reserve a little of it to dissolve the gelatin.2

Beat the egg whites until stiff.6
