The hazelnuts They are nuts with an infinity of health-healthy properties, although it is also worth noting that their caloric intake is considerable. In this way, we must incorporate them into our diet always in moderation in order to take advantage of its multiple benefits such as:

In this way, the first thing we should do will be split the hazelnuts to remove the hard shell that covers them. To do this, we can use a nutcracker or hit them carefully with a hammer or some other utensil, always placing a cutting board underneath so as not to damage the surface where we are working.


Once we have all the hazelnuts without shell - although we will keep the thin skin that covers them -, we must place them in the baking tray and go preheating it at about 180ºC. It is important that the nuts are not piled up, but rather scattered so that they can all be roasted equally. In case you want to roast a significant amount of hazelnuts, we recommend that you do it in turns and not all at once.


By the time the oven has reached the desired temperature, you can insert the tray and leave toast the hazelnuts for about 20 minutes. After this time, open the oven and carefully move the tray a little to turn them over and put them another 5-10 minutes in the oven.
