How to make prawn nigiri

Many times when we go to Japanese restaurants we see the different sushi dishes and it seems very difficult to make. But prawn sushi is nothing complicated to prepare and it is also very good. For 8 pieces

Low difficulty Ingredients:
  • 8 raw unpeeled prawns (approximately 30 g)

  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 175 g prepared sushi rice
  • 1 teaspoon of wasabi

Rinse the prawns with cold water, dry them and insert them into a metal skewer lengthwise. Boil 200 ml of salt water in a saucepan and cook the prawns in the covered bowl for 4 minutes. Remove, rinse and remove from the skewers.
